Rocky Mt. Nature Photographers have the following new fall color report for Zion 10/30-11/02

East side of Tunnel peak or past peak.  Lots of red maples, with many trees dropping leaves
Main canyon ash near peak, cottonwoods 30% turned.
Narrows 50-60% turned.
Leaves were turning quickly Fri-Sun with noticeable changes each morning.
Things should be full of color and beauty by the end of this week!
Rain storms were moving in as we left Sun morning with some high winds predicted, so that may down some of those newly turned leaves
