Mapping the Santa Monica Mountains

Join noted cartographer Tom Harrison as he shares the many varieties of maps that
have been used to depict the trails, facilities, and more of the Santa Monica
Mountains National Recreation Area. Harrison discusses research and field mapping
methods, mapping possibilities in the future, and what GPS and smart devices
mean for the world of cartography. Map signing following presentation.Limited
