Very nice alpine wildflowers scattered about
High School Trail, Poo Poo Point , West Tiger Railroad Grade, Section Line Trail — Jun 19, 2014 — Issaquah Alps — Tiger Mountain
Some late-season wild flowers are out, including goatsbeard and thimble berry, and I noted a lone three-leafed anemone. A few earlier flowers remain, e.g. bleeding heart, but the trilliums are long gone.
Ira Spring Trail – Mason Lake — Jun 19, 2014 — Snoqualmie Pass — Snoqualmie Pass
Trail is in great shape, lots of wildflowers, great views.
Gold Mountain, Gold Creek Trail — Jun 18, 2014 — Olympics — Kitsap Peninsula
Along the logging road, there were lots of foxglove flowers and still a few wild rhododendrons.
Deer Ridge — Jun 18, 2014 — Olympics — East
All the wildflowers are blooming, as well as the rhody’s down at the start of the hike.
Goat Creek — Jun 18, 2014 — South Cascades — Mt. St. Helens
lots of flowers blooming, and there are so many waterfalls!
Heather Lake — Jun 18, 2014 — North Cascades — Mountain Loop Highway
The skunk cabbage is done, the marsh marigolds are finishing. Valerian, monkey flower, nice clumps of lavender violets, partridge foot, and a few early asters (erigerons?) in bloom around the lake.
Lake Ingalls — Jun 18, 2014 — Snoqualmie Pass — Salmon La Sac/Teanaway
There’s still snow starting around 0.5 miles from Ingalls Pass. Wild flowers are blooming and spectacular views all around

Sunshine, mountain flowers, and snow free trails…The flower show was nice but I would not say at peak yet.
