The American Oystercatcher Working Group seeks to develop, support, and carry out rangewide research and management efforts that promote the conservation of American Oystercatchers and their habitats. American Oystercatchers are typical found along the coast in the Eastern United States and both coasts of Mexico and Central America.  The website includes banding and sightings, research, species accounts and photos.
