Oregon Wildflowers has a new report for the Rowena Plateau
All around the Rowena plateau, the meadows are bursting with color – Balsamroot and Lupine being the primary contributors. We saw lots of several other wildflowers like the desert parsley, and many more whose names I don’t know. 🙂 As you hike up the Tom McCall preserve, the colors only get better, with entire meadows being full of BalsamRoot. I’m thinking this should last another week at least.
