Chimney Rock, Pt. Reyes Wildflower Update 4/21/14

has posted a Chimney Rock at Pt. Reyes Wildflower report on 4/21/14

they are at peak right now. Included, near the end of the trail, are pussy ears (many), mule ears, Indian paintbrush, blue-eyed grass, mallow, blue larkspur, and Douglas iris. It’s windy but it’s worth it. Oh, and did I mention the seals, sea lions and elephant seals? Hundreds of them, lounging on the beach with a backdrop of the most gorgeous ocean scenery in the world. Hyperbole? I think not. Go see for yourself.
