Rob Greebon Photography has the following wildflower update for Stockdale, TX:

If you are traveling east on 87 towards Stockdale, CR 417 is a few miles before you get into town. Turn left and travel maybe a mile. This field of bluebonnets is on the right – facing west. When I arrived, the light was fading. Several black cows were out there, but moved out of sight when I arrived. (CR 417 is very short and connects 87 with 123.)
