Wildflower Watching in Brenham Texas | Texas Wildflowers and Bluebonnets has the following report for February 24, 2014:

Last week’s sunshine helped a Brenham homeowner’s yard full of clover bloom our precious bluebonnets. But that is the only flower activity we’ve seen so far. As for the countryside, there IS evidence of bluebonnets yet to come. Once we get some more sunshine we should see a lot of activity.
