Borregohiking.com has a new wildflower hike posted for Bisnaga Wash. Blooming right now:
- Cheesebush in two colors.
- Chuparosa is very good in this wash, in colors red, orange and yellow.
- The Barrel and Fish-hook Cactus are starting to bloom.
- Looks like this is going to be a good year for cacti.
- We found a yellow Chuparosa that’s a rare find. Thanks Robert for telling us they exist in the park.
- And finally after years of searching we found a blooming Newberry’s velvet mallow.
- Watch out for Jumping Cholla, so be prepared.
