Plumas County Bloom Blog had the following new post for the Feather River Canyon:

…first sightings of monkey flowers in the Feather River Canyon.  Some monkey flowers after Scooters toward Quincy but only for a few miles. Quite beautiful against the rocks but a bit tricky to park and take a good look. Should be coming out throughout the rocky ledges of the canyon in the next few weeks. Lupine still nice and some Indian Paint Brush lower down.
