Pacific Northwest Nature Photographers forum had the following update for Columbia Hills:

The Arrowleaf balsamroot has started to bloom, especially in the lower elevations. Not much lupine yet. Scattered phlox and desert parsley. Peak is probably still 1-2 weeks out depending on elevation and exposure.
