Southern California Wildflower Report: Box Canyon Rd. 2/21/13

DesertUSA had the following wildflower report for Southern California

Feb 21 Box Canyon Road east of Mecca and found some scattered blooms in the wash. Some Creosote, Chuparosa, a small Sand Verbena patch, some small white flowers I think are called Cryptantha, and a few Sacred Datura. I think these are early bloomers and are scattered through the canyon. There are quite a few healthy looking plants in the wash.
