Jepson Prairie Wildflower Report 2//8/13

An early season Jepson Prairie wildflower update from Solano Land Trust:

Lots of plants getting started at Jepson Prairie. Frittilary rosettes are begining to show. Rockville Trails is starting to produce some early blooms. Milkmaids, Red maids, Buttercups, Manzanita, Seep monkeflower are beginning to bloom. More to follow.

    Manzanita at Jepson Prairie? Or is it blooming in the Vaca Mtns.?

      I don’t think of Manzanita when I think of Jepson Prairie either. However, the report comes from a very reliable source.
