Plenty Of Geese At Sacramento Wildlife Refuges

Looking at a photo of Snow Geese on Flickr by Bob Lewis I noticed his report:

The Northern CA refuges are packed with geese right now – Snow, Ross’s, White-fronted. We were at Sacramento NWR, Colusa NWR, and Gray Lodge last weekend. Also Thornton, which has a lot of crane.

There were certainly plenty of Geese at the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge November 17 and 18 when I visited.
