Demise of El Niño Throws a Wrench in Winter Outlook | Climate Central

Climate Central reports that recent “water temperatures have cooled in the tropical Pacific, and there are fewer signs of El Niño” They are predicting this means a mild dry winter for the west and upper midwest and above average wet conditions and cooler temperatures in parts of  the southeast.  Read more at: Demise of El Niño Throws a Wrench in Winter Outlook | Climate Central.
