Great Smoky Mountains Wildflower Report 8/27/12

Great Smoky Mountains Association  published a new wildflower bloom report dated 8/27/12 by Tom Harrington

Mount Sterling (Beginning to End) – White Snakeroot, White Top Aster, Pale Jewelweed, Spotted Jewelweed, Early Goldenrod, False Foxglove, Tick Trefoil, Curtis Aster, Mountain Gentian, Starry Campion, Joe Pye Weed, Spiderwort, Heal All (1), Crimson Bee Balm, Black Cohosh, Erect Goldenrod, Wood Nettle, and Whorled-leaf Coreopsis.

Baxter Creek (Beginning to End) – Pink Turtlehead, White Snakeroot, White top aster, Pale Jewelweed,  Black Cohosh, and  Beechdrops.
