Grand Canyon Wildflower Report 8/27/12

Wild in Arizona has a wildflower report for the south rim of the Grand Canyon

Cliff Rose is between bloom and seeding plumes all along the rim with paintbrush and snakeweed. The Rabbit brush is peaking at Desert View and will be blooming all September till the end of Monsoon. The 10 miles south of Tusayan have carpets of sunflowers and Rabbitbrush in the forests take some of the dirt roads.
