Eastern Sierra Wildflower Brief Report 7/10/12

Steve Siren reported on the California Nature Photographers Forum:

I’ve seen lots of shooting stars (no fields of them) from the Meysan Creek drainage all the way up to the drainage above Convict Creek. Lots of mixtures of other flowers. Most of the south facing slopes are very very dry so you’ll just find them right next to the water sources. Saw a few tiger lillies in Big Pine Creek area.
