Oregon Wildflowers had the following wildflower bloom reports:
Catherine Creek 6/3/12 Still blooming: Lupine, Poppies, Larkspur, Yarrow, Ookow (Brodiaea congesta) and Harvest Brodiaea (Brodiaea coronaria).
Cape Horn 6/2/12 Although the Poison Larkspur (Delphinium trolliifolium) is slightly past peak, there is still LOTS of it along the trail. Also blooming: Candyflower(Claytonia sibirica), Piggy-back Plant (Tolmiea menziesii), Fringecup (Tellima grandiflora), Pacific bleeding heart (Dicentra formosa), Inside-Out Flower(Vancouveria hexandra), Western Columbine (Aquilegia formosa), Thimbleberry (Rubus parviflorus), False Lily of the Valley (Maianthemum dilatatum)past peak, Wood Violet (Viola glabella), Sticky Cinquefoil (Potentilla glandulosa), Queen’s Cup (Clintonia uniflora). Harsh Paintbrush (Castilleja hispida)and Nine Leaf Desert Parsley (Lomatium triternatum) are blooming at the cliff-side viewpoints.
