Birding Miller-Knox Regional Park

I went to Miller-Knox Regional Shoreline after reading the Audublog posting Bird Feeding Frenzy at Pt. Richmond. To learn more about the feeding frenzy and see videos check out Herring Run and the Audublog link. I didn’t find the frenzy of birds feeding on herring eggs but did find lots of water birds. I  identified species twenty-eight species plus Scaup and some white ducks.  Most numerous were Scaup, Gulls, Surf Scoters, Bufflehead, and Coots.
