Feb. 20 to March 12 will be a good time to view the planet Mercury. It will be moving away from the sun and be visible after sunset. Also brightly visible in the western sky will be Venus and Jupiter. The peak brightness will be in the days leading up to and including March 5. It will then begin fading.
