As the price of gold continues to rise corporate prospectors and investors are looking at opening old gold mines. Recently Cogar Gold is looking at claims for the Bodie Hills. I loved the Warren Buffet quote about gold at the end: “It gets dug out of the ground … then we melt it down, dig another hole, bury it again and pay people to stand around guarding it,” billionaire investor Warren Buffett said during a talk at Harvard University in 1998. “It has no utility.
