New Wind Turbines At Altamont Pass Will Reduce Golden Eagle and Red-tail Deaths

The Altamont Pass wind farm is getting a major upgrade.  This will greatly should reduce the number of golden eagles , red-tailed hawks and other birds killed by the wind turbines.
