The Hungry Valley  website just posted the following wildflower report:

“Due to the erratic weather in the Tejon Pass this season, the spring wildflower bloom was slow to start and remained somewhat sparse in many areas. The weekend Hungry Valley wildflower tours have ended for the season and will resume next spring. Please check back in March 2012 for wildflower viewing updates.”
