Ron Niebrugge posted an Anza Borrego wildflower update today on his blog.  He reports at the wildflowers in Anza Borrego are currently peaking, that Borrego Palm Canyon is the probably best wildflower spot and that the cactus have many blooms and may have many flowers later in the season.  Read his report at: Anza-Borrego Wildflower Update – 2011
