Natural History Wanderings

Photographer Ron Niebrugge just posted an Anza Borrego Wildflower report on his blog.  He reports that the highlight is Borrego Palm Canyon with ” lot of brittlebush, chuparosa, ocotillo along with many other blooming wildflowers”, that Coyote Canyon, Glorieta Canyon has red chuparosa in bloom, Coyote Canyon has a lot of color but not large displays, and Henderson Canyon is mostly a lot of dead Sahara Mustard.  Read his full report at Anza Borrego Wildflower Condtions- 2011
