It is primetime for Elephant Seal and Gray Whale Watching. Elephant Seal pups are being born and Gray Whales are heading north. Ano Nuevo State Park and Pt. Reyes National Seashore are the best places in Northern California to see Elephant Seals. Tomales and Drakes Bay are good places to see passing whales, but even better might be an Oceanic Society charter boat trip.
