There will be a solar eclipse tomorrow January 4.

A solar eclipse is the  result of  the moon aligning between the Earth and the sun.  The moon blocks the sun’s light and casts a shadow on earth.  It will be visible over  most of continental Europe, North Africa , the Middle East and Central Asia. This will be the first of four partial solar eclipses in 2011. There are no total eclipses of the sun this year.
