Today we went for a short walk in AQUATIC PARK in Berkeley, CA. It is right next to Interstate 80 so it is not the quietest park, but it is a good place to see birds close to home. I tried some bird photography, which is certainly not my specialty. I was using a 70 to 300 zoom with a 2x converter. All photos were shot at iso 800 and handheld so they are not very sharp. Favorite birds of the day were the Belted Kingfisher and Red-breasted Mergansers.
