No permits for wind turbines on federal land
NPR recently ran a story that the federal government has stopped issuing permits for wind farms due to safety concerns for Golden Eagles. The federal government has suspended issuing permits for wind turbines on all federal lands. Golden Eagles are protected by the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
