Fall Color Still Early in the Shasta Cascade 10/11/11

California Fall Color posted a report for the Shasta Cascade region of northeast California reporting that fall color is still slow. Here are the brief highlights:

  • Butte County: 0-15%- Butte County
  • Shasta County: 0-15% – Whiskeytown National Recreation Area
  • Tehama County:15-30%- Lassen Volcanic National Park
  • Lassen County: 15-30%- Bizz Johnson Trail
  • Siskiyou County:0-15%- Mt. Shasta
  • Trinity County:15-30%- Weaverville
  • Modoc County:15-30% Modoc County
