Early Desert Wildflower Reports 1/22/18

DesertUSA reports

Anza- Borrego: A few wildflowers are starting to bloom in Anza Borrego. Rain is forecasted for central California later this week.

Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve reports: Currently, we are only up to 1.7 inches of rain at the reserve, all from the January storm. We are not expecting a big bloom this year because of the late start. The first leaves of a few wildflowers are just beginning to come up.
