Awesome Autumn Plumas County Northern California has the following fall color report (10/20/13):

Oakland Camp: The oaks and creek dog woods are getting close to peak color now. Wow! There are clumps of beautiful rhubarb and big leaf maples in protected areas which are still showing good color.
