Alpine Swifts Fly Nonstop For 200 Days

The LA Times reported that researchers have discovered that migrating Alpine Swifts fly continuously for 200 days. By attaching tiny electronic monitors to birds they found the Alpine Swifts were airborne for over six months while eating, drinking and even sleeping.
