Napa County Native Plant Sale October 12, 2013

Napa County Native Plant Society Chapter Native Plant Sale  October 12 & 13

Plant Sale – 10 am to 4 pm  Social Hall, Skyline Park, 2201 Imola Avenue, Napa, CA 9455  phone: 707-253-2665

Fall is the best time to plant native plants. Cooler weather and winter rains let the plants get established before the heat and dryness of summer.  Planting in October and November will mean less watering in July and August.

As always, we will have an extensive selection of hard-to-find native plants for sale that will be ready for your Fall gardening fun. Experts will be on hand to answer your questions.  All proceeds of the sale benefit the maintenance, improvement, and educational programs of the Martha Walker Garden.

The adjacent Martha Walker California Native Habitat Garden is open to see some of these plants in a landscape setting.

Free admission to Skyline Park during the sale.
