Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests Pawnee National Grassland – Fall Colors

 

Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests and  Pawnee National Grasslands are all starting to show fall colors. Here is the positing from the National Forest Website:

Fall colors are here and changing fast.  Aspen, cottonwoods and willow are turning colors now.

Best viewing routes include:

Boulder Ranger District:

  • Peak to Peak Highway between Nederland and Ward
  • Town of Eldora area

Canyon Lakes Ranger District:

  • Upper regions of the Poudre Canyon
  • Pingree Park Road
  • Laramie River Road
  • Deadman Road

Clear Creek Ranger District:

  • Colorado State Highway 103
  • Lower Guanella Pass
  • Fall River Road
  • Berthoud Pass
