October in Regional Parks Botanic Garden

Today I spent over three hours photographing fall in the Regional Parks Botanic Garden (Berkeley, CA) in Tilden Park.  It was overcast and a good day to photograph flowers.  There are still a number of late season wildflowers in bloom. I even saw a manzanita starting to bloom, which is actually more of a winter/early spring bloomer rather than fall. The quaking aspens have been bare for a few weeks already.  Other trees are starting to turn.
