Tom Stienstra posted the following report from the Oceanic Society:
“Whales galore: On one trip: 60 humpback whales, breaching, lob-tailing, flipper slapping and lunge-feeding; 21 blue whales, feeding and fluking; a huge ocean sunfish, porpoises, sea lions and seals, more than 10,000 murres, 20 species of seabirds, close-up views of 10 tufted puffins.
