I went to the Regional Parks Botanic Garden in Tilden Park today. It was quite foggy which created nice light for flower portraits. There was a light drizzle creating nice mist on some of the flowers. It also resulted in the garden being almost empty, which made it more like a wilderness experience. One of the things I enjoy about botanic gardens is the opportunity to see all types of plants locally. Today I managed to photograph four species of Calochortus. Here are my photos. Beautiful photos, must have been no wind cause the focus is perfect. I can see every hair, every dewdrop. Nice work!

Thanks for the comments. Actually, there was some wind as well as light rain. It was a combination of patience (something I am not all that good with), taking multiple shots and using a relatively fast shutter speed and iso of 200 or 400.
