Its October, but there is still plenty in bloom at the Regional Parks Botanic Garden (Berkeley, CA) in Tilden Park. I went up early this morning while it was still foggy and there was nice even light and only a light breeze that often cooperated by pausing for close-up shots. I started with my macro lens and never took it off the camera. I did add a close-up filter/lens to get even closer for a few shots. Here is some of what I saw.
