The moon will be in the last quarter and will set around midnight creating the best viewing between midnight and dawn. 1. Believe I just saw a meteor over Aurora, CO, this evening at 0830. Live in the Jewell/Gun Club Rd area. I was looking West towards E-470. Bright light/ball with long tail/smoke racing from my right to my left, then started falling at a great speed towards earth. Any other reports? Please post.

    • We saw one at approximately midnight Thursday into Friday. While we were sitting on our dock at the lake of the Ozarks. We are all “first timers” and it was beautiful! Waiting anxiously for some more tonight!
